7. How long do we keep data?<\/strong>
\nWe do not retain personal data for longer than necessary. Candidate data will be kept for a maximum of five
\nyears after the last contact, unless you withdraw your consent earlier or prefer that we
\nwe will delete your data. Legally required documents, such as invoices and contracts, will be retained for seven
\nfor the year. We retain customer and prospect data for as long as a business relationship remains relevant.
\nBoth parties declare that all information provided by the Customer, the introduction
\nfrom a candidate and all information on proposed candidates in strict confidence
\nto treat.

\nWe take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
\nThis includes security within Vincere ATS, access control, encrypted connections, and internal
\nprocedures that prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information.
