At Volghe, we follow a thoughtful and proactive strategy to help both companies and candidates grow within the areas of sustainability, quality, environment and safety. Our approach combines extensive market knowledge, a proactive approach and close follow-up with clients and candidates throughout the entire partnership to successfully and efficiently complete each search.

Every day we expand our network by actively and reactively networking with talents within the fields of sustainability, quality, environment and safety. Thus, we are constantly building our database of actively or passively seeking candidates within our specialization.  

This proactive and niche approach allows us to move very quickly with QHSE vacancies and target the right candidate from our network for the right opportunity.

Intake with company:
Understanding what makes the vacancy unique

When starting a search, we begin with a thorough intake meeting with HR and hiring manager. 

Here we get to know your organization, culture and specific needs. We delve into the unique challenges and expectations of the position to get a clear picture of the ideal candidate.

Step 3

Company visit: experiencing your culture

To truly understand what sets your organization apart, we visit your company. This gives us valuable insights into the work environment, team dynamics and company values. This step is crucial to both inform candidates about the vacancy as well as to match them on culture.

With the insights from the intake and the company visit, we start with an analysis of our existing candidate pool. These are (often) actively employed and already interviewed QHSE or Sustainability professionals who are open to another job if we present them with the right opportunity. 

We also complement this with a targeted, new local search for new talent. This combination of proactive networking and complementary search ensures that we always identify the best candidates at short notice. 

Step 5

We meet candidates daily both after proactive approaches and reactively after applications as part of a search. During these interviews, we not only discuss their studies, skills and work experiences, but also their motivation and cultural fit with employers. 

Only when we see a strong match with one of our vacancies at the end of this open interview will we explain the position and start the application process.

From introduction of an application to our client until well after the signing of the employment contract, we remain closely involved at all times. 

After each stage of application procedures, we provide prompt and transparent feedback to both client and candidate. Even if there is no news or decision yet, we will feedback it to candidates and clients in the agreed timeframe.  This is how we build long-term, sustainable partnerships.
